Prices and quotes

You receive a written quote before you decide. Professional fees, official fees and taxes are itemised separately where applicable.

Starting the service

The service starts when you accept the quote and pay as stated in it.

No guarantees

Timelines are estimates. Registries, notaries, public authorities and independent professionals decide independently, so we cannot guarantee a specific timetable or administrative outcome.

Your part

You provide accurate information and the documents requested. Identity checks may be required by law.

Liability

We are liable as far as the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded, or your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract; where it applies, we respect it.
